Postage & Collection Information

Preparing your order:—Please allow 1-2 business days for our small team to prepare your order for dispatch or collection. This applies regardless of your nominated postage method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with tracking information.

Making changes to your order:—Please check your cart carefully before finalising your order as we are sadly not able to make additions or edits to your order once the order has been placed.

Giftwrapping:—We will gift wrap your item when the Gift Wrap product is manually added to your cart and paid at checkout online. Or, you can add this to our purchase in the store.

Click & Collect:— Please wait for us to send you a follow-up email confirming that your order is ready for collection - usually the following business day or sooner. Orders not collected within two weeks may need to be refunded and returned to stock because our space is small!

Contact us if you originally nominated Click & Collect, but you need to have your order posted. We will send you a new invoice for postage with a payment link to pay online.

Postage options:—Postage options via Australia Post will be displayed at the checkout once you have provided a delivery address. If you have extra notes for your delivery or would like to select the authority for the parcel to be left, please email us at info@correspondences.work.

Postage delays:—There are currently significant delays affecting delivery times for all areas. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Please order early to avoid disappointment. See Australia Post transit times here.

International postage:—We have temporarily suspended international postage due to global delays caused by the pandemic. International postage options may be available to your location in the future. If available, options via Australia Post will be displayed at checkout.

If you’re really keen to get a print or a publication of ours delivered internationally, please email us at info@correspondences.work. We will obtain a quote via Australia Post and supply an invoice for payment of postage costs via direct bank transfer.
